Our patron, St. Brendan the Navigator, once prayed as he was traveling, "Lord, help me, for your sea is so big and my boat is so small."  May Our Lord, through this Parish Community, help you navigate this big sea of life and guide you safely Home.

St. Brendan Parish is one of ten parishes in Dorchester, the largest Boston community.  We are a parish made up of hard-working people, many of whom are new and young families, as well as seasoned parishioners of many years and generations.  We are a faith-filled and faithful community.

We are committed to an ongoing effort to make our little school on the hill, the only parish grammar school remaining in Dorchester, a place of faith, academic and life learning.
